Coffee Mornings
Saturday mornings: 10.30 – 12.30 in the Church
Teddington Methodist Church and Community Centre hosts Charity Coffee Mornings nearly every Saturday of the year!
The Church hall and kitchen facilities can be booked by Charities, who then organise and run a coffee morning, sometimes with stalls selling other items, in aid of their funds.
The coffee mornings are well attended:
They offer a pleasant break from the shopping and other Saturday chores, and a chance to enjoy some refreshment and a chat to friends!
All are welcome to drop in!
The hosting Charity is always advertised in “News and Notes” (available from the leaflet racks), and on boards outside the Church main doors.
Junior Church
Junior Church meets on Sundays during the morning service. Everyone goes into church for the beginning of worship and then goes to different groups:
The babies and toddlers are cared for in the crèche.
At about the age of three, children join the ‘’All Stars’. The children have a chance to talk and share their news. They play games, listen to stories and have music, gardening, art and craft activities.
At about the age of six or seven, the children join the ‘Trailblazers’. The children explore the Bible, solve puzzles, have art and craft and gardening activities.
About twice a term, there is no Junior Church at 10.30 but a special ‘family friendly’ service at 9.30. This is a half hour fun, informal service with activities, songs, drama and stories.
Teddington Methodist Junior Church always welcome visitors and new members. Come and meet us!
Teddington Tots
Tuesdays and Wednesdays: 9.30-11.30am Term time
A fun, friendly drop in group for parents or carers and their babies and toddlers. Children can play with a variety of toys, take part in singing/dancing and craft activities. Refreshments are provided for both parents/carers and children.
The current fees are £2.50 for "family groups" per week.
Meet in the church hall - entrance through the garden
gate, just left of the main entrance on Stanley Road.
Parking - Please note the church car park is used by the Playgroup who meet next door as a playground so can not be used in the morning term time. You can however park for free on Stanley Road.

Wednesday Friends (Although not currently rinning,we are hoping to restart Wednesday Friends soon. If you are able to help us with this, please get in touch.)
A mature group of people from our community, meeting monthly at Teddington Methodist Church and Community Centre. Do come along at 3pm. on the second Wednesday of the month, for a sociable afternoon of 'tea & talk' and lively, themed discussions.
